1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website puppyaulait.shop. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms without reservation.

3. Products and Pricing
- All products are presented on the website with descriptions and prices including VAT.
- Prices are in EUR and include all applicable taxes.
- Shipping fees are added at checkout.
4. Order Process and Payment
- Orders are placed online via the website.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe.
- Payment is due at the time of order.
- Orders are confirmed by email.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
- Shipping fees are calculated based on whether your address is inside or outside France and the weight of your order (0–20g, 21–100g, 101–250g, 251–500g, 500+ g).
- Estimated delivery times: 3–7 business days in France, 7–14 business days in the EU (may vary due to country or weather).
- Carrier: La Poste
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
6. Tracking
- If purchased before ordering customers will receive a tracking number by email once the order is shipped.
- Customers can track their order via the carrier’s website.
- The seller is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier.
- For any tracking issues, customers should contact the seller via the chat section or email at puppycorp.contact@gmail.com.
7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
- Customers have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal from receipt of goods.
- To return a product, contact us in the chat section or via email at puppycorp.contact@gmail.com.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Certain products may be exempt from returns (perishable goods, personalized items).
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to the seller, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. The returned item must be sent in its original packaging and condition. We recommend sending returns with tracking, as the seller cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
8. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method.
9. Liability
- The seller is responsible for the correct delivery of the ordered products.
- The seller’s liability is limited to direct damages resulting from defective products.
- The seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Personal data collected during the order process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
