Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped from France within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery

Delivery Times:
- France: 3–7 business days
- European Union: 7–14 business days (may vary depending on location, weather, or postal delays)
We always do our best to ensure quick and safe delivery, but please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on the destination of your order and the total weight of your package:
- 0–20 g
- 21–100 g
- 101–250 g
- 251–500 g
- 500+ g
The exact shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Tracking Policy
To ensure the safety of your package, a tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped if you choose a tracked shipping option at checkout.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package on the carrier's website.
If your package is delayed or lost, and you did not purchased tracked shipping, we won't be able to assist you in locating it and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to request a return, in accordance with EU law.

Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except when:
- The product is defective
- The wrong item was sent
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned items and are made via the original payment method.
